Naturecraft is a brand of Swadeshkranti Organic Private Limited. These terms apply to registrations completed through members.nature-craft.com. Product purchases made on our main website continue to follow the terms shown there.

Your registration

Please provide accurate and reachable contact information. We use it to identify your registration and send essential updates. Membership applicants must meet the eligibility conditions shown in the form, including the stated minimum age.

Fees and payment confirmation

All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees before you continue to payment. Paid registrations are processed through PayU. A payment is treated as successful only after it is verified by our server; a bank debit, screenshot or UTR by itself does not confirm registration.

If a payment remains pending or you believe you were charged more than once, contact us with your registration number and payment reference so we can check the transaction.

Memberships

Your selected plan, fee, validity and included benefits are shown before payment. A paid membership becomes active only after payment verification. Membership access and benefits are personal to the registered member unless a plan expressly states otherwise.

Webinars and learning sessions

The event page shows the topic, scheduled date, time, duration, fee and available seats. After a confirmed registration, joining information will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided in the form. Please check those details carefully and keep your registration number for support.

We may make reasonable changes to the speaker, format or supporting material when needed. If the date changes or a session is cancelled, the options in our Webinar Refund Policy will apply.

Responsible use

Session links, recordings and learning material are for registered participants. They must not be shared, copied, recorded, resold or used in a way that disrupts the session or infringes another person's rights.

Information and results

Our sessions are educational. Individual results depend on many practical factors, and we do not promise a specific crop yield, income or business outcome. Participants remain responsible for decisions made after the session and should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
